Returns

We accept returns for up to 21 days following your purchase date. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

All returns are inspected once received. You will receive an email when your returned item has been received. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This credit can take up to a few weeks to show up in your bank account.

 

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If it has been longer than 14 days since receiving approval of your refund, and you still have not received your refund, please contact your financial institution to check the status.

How to Return Your Product

To return your product, please email clientcare@lineupfragrance.com for shipping information. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it will exclude any shipping fees that may have applied.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for any exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
